vexpi Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vexpi platform and all associated services. By registering an account and using vexpi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Players must be 18 years of age or older.
18+ Age Requirement
vexpi is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is enforced at registration and before any withdrawal is processed. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
BDT Payments Only
All transactions on vexpi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank cards. No currency conversion fees apply to player accounts.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted one account on vexpi. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent limits will result in permanent account closure.
Transparent Bonus Rules
All vexpi bonuses carry clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to rollover conditions before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus abuse is prohibited.
Fair Play Enforcement

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility and Registration
To register and use the vexpi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. vexpi operates a strict minimum age policy. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
- You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to register player accounts.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by vexpi or any responsible gaming body that would prohibit you from gaming.
- You must be accessing and using the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of any third party when registering or using your vexpi account.
Registration Process
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any additional details required for identity verification. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
vexpi reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
Each player is permitted to maintain one active account only. If vexpi identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — all accounts beyond the first may be closed, any bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated using duplicate accounts may be voided.
Account Management
Once your vexpi account is registered and verified, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through that account. This responsibility extends to all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawal requests submitted, and all communications sent via the account, regardless of whether such activity was initiated by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account credentials.
Account Security
You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the vexpi support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
vexpi will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from vexpi that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. vexpi reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable procedures, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address or mobile number before any deduction is made. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be closed at vexpi's discretion, with any remaining balance returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to identity verification.
Account Closure
You may request to close your vexpi account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining BDT balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method. vexpi also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if a breach of these Terms is identified, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on vexpi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). vexpi does not charge players any currency conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Deposits are typically confirmed and credited to your vexpi game balance within 60 seconds for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
- You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
- vexpi reserves the right to carry out additional verification before crediting any unusually large deposit or any deposit that triggers automated fraud monitoring systems.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, vexpi may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This may include submission of a National Identity Card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful verification. Processing times may vary during peak periods such as BPL tournament finals or major national holidays.
- vexpi reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms abuse, or money laundering activity, pending a full investigation.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable; only winnings generated from bonus play that have met the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
Bonuses and Promotions
vexpi offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and IPL and BPL cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion details.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Players should read these requirements before claiming any offer.
- Time Limits: Bonuses are valid for a stated time period from the date of activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a lower percentage than standard video slots. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
- Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- Bonus Abuse: vexpi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies to clear bonus funds, and collusion between players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
vexpi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational play and are not designed or intended to serve as a guaranteed source of income.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the vexpi platform. Specific rules for individual games, markets, and tournaments are published within the relevant game or sportsbook interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
Sports Betting
- All bets are placed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
- Once a bet has been confirmed by the vexpi system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please verify your stake and selection carefully before confirming.
- vexpi reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including obvious pricing mistakes or data feed errors. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.
- In-play (live) bets are subject to delay and may be rejected if the relevant event has already reached a decisive moment at the time the bet is confirmed by the system.
- Markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, football, kabaddi, and hockey are governed by the specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook.
- Winnings from sports bets are credited to the player's account following official settlement of the relevant event.
Casino and Instant Games

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vexpi platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and permanent account closure. vexpi reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the relevant authorities.
- Registering or operating more than one player account on vexpi.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
- Using the vexpi platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
- Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to you.
- Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits without prior notification and agreement with vexpi's support team.
- Abusing the bonus system through systematic low-risk strategies, coordination with other players, or multi-accounting.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the vexpi platform, its servers, or its infrastructure.
Responsible Gaming

- Cool-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account remains accessible but betting and deposit functionality is suspended.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may apply for self-exclusion for a defined minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the account is fully suspended and all marketing communications are stopped. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vexpi platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any vexpi content without prior written authorisation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software associated with the vexpi platform.
- Use the vexpi brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written consent.
- Frame or mirror any vexpi page on another website or digital platform.
Any unauthorised use of vexpi's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by vexpi.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vexpi, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the vexpi platform or its services.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond vexpi's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Errors in game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where such errors have been promptly corrected by vexpi.
- Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform that was subsequently found to contain errors.
The vexpi platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vexpi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service. Where consumer protection laws applicable in Bangladesh impose statutory warranties that cannot be excluded, vexpi's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted within those statutory provisions.
Amendments to Terms
vexpi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment processing procedures, bonus conditions, or account eligibility requirements — vexpi will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.
The date on which the current version of these Terms became effective is stated at the top of this page. Following the publication of any amended Terms, your continued use of the vexpi platform will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
